Right candidate for this position is some one who will be accountable for helping Claridyne acquire new clients, manage and expand Claridyne’s client base, business and relationship development with it’s clients.
The candidate must have proven experience in bringing new clients Account/Relationship Management experience providing Staffing Services to large enterprises. Candidates previous client relationships and experience in IT Staffing is a MUST.
Key Attributes will be the ability to bring new clients from both technical and business perspectives in addition to dealing with ambiguity and establishing Claridyne’s advantage through strategic thinking, passion and vision. Also, candidate should have:

(2) Position: Senior IT Recruiters (Multiple)
  Type: Full-Time (FT)
  Location: Santa Clara, CA

IT Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and consultant resource maintenance. Candidates must have experience recruiting IT resources. Will be responsible to meet all recruiting and placement metrics with minimal supervision, and should be aware of the complete recruitment cycle / staff augmentation process in IT industry.

Job Purpose:

Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales -
* Client activities include client research, development, obtaining new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.

  1. Growing existing accounts to higher volumes
  2. Develop new marketing and account strategies
  3. Determine client needs, place skilled employees on part/full time assignments, and maintain quality control on all orders
  4. Process all client orders with complete job description
  5. Assign bill rates for clients within established guidelines

Recruiting -

Successfully identifying "Top" IT Technical Talent using traditional recruiting methods from beginning to end including networking. The order filling process includes: Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Review client requirements to identify skills required for qualified candidate. Search for candidates including traditional recruiting methods, networking and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to our internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, referrals, as well as user/technical groups.

Review resumes and screen credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Interview prospective candidates to determine their qualifications, analyzing their responses, and their cultural fit for our client*s organization.

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred but industry experience will compensate for the education.

Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment / Technical Staff Augmentation recruiting experience is necessary. Prior experience recruiting Executive/Sales Managers is a great plus.

Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

Thorough understanding of recruitment process.

Proven record of accomplishment in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
